Ok so I have gotten a few nights of good sleep since I got home. It is really nice to be back where things are familiar. You know how that is, no one likes traveling that I know of. My own bed, stuff and of course my cat totally missed us. He is going through that typical "I want you to pet me, then 5 minutes later PFFT I am mad that you left me, leave me alone!!" lol.

This weekend I am just enjoying catching up on TV shows (dvr rocks!) and some movies (blockbuster online rules!). Next week is a pretty busy week with appointments and catching up on FRG stuff. Being
gone for 10 days can really leave huge ripples in the waters that surround your life.

I wrote a poem for my grandma and will post it here and will update you on the poetry forums that I am on. They are a lot of fun and filled with great poets.

Without You

Without you
this world is such
a vast and empty place...

I miss hearing your voice
and seeing your face...

Without you
I have no place to hide
and nowhere to run to...

I have nothing to do
it all reminds me of you...

Without you
there are no words
there is nothing I can say...

just emptiness in my heart
it is so hard to start my day...

Without you
the sun still rises
but it has lost the shine...

the nights and days
have become a blurred line...

Without you
my heart bleeds sorrow
that consumes my soul...

I wonder if this will last
will I ever again be whole...

At this moment I do not know
Grandma, nothing seems true
